1. Using scime
scime is provided by Latentic Labs for research discovery, organization, collaboration, and writing. These terms apply when you use the service. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to do so.
Use accurate account information and protect credentials and API keys. Access only accounts and content you are authorized to use. Do not bypass access restrictions, interfere with the service, impersonate others, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.
2. Content and collaboration
You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize Latentic Labs to process, store, and display it as needed for the features you use, including sharing with authorized collaborators and sending inputs to services you choose.
You are responsible for permission to upload and share research materials. Confidential manuscripts, personal information, copyrighted works, and unpublished reviews may carry additional restrictions. Review these before inviting collaborators or using AI.
3. AI and research responsibility
AI output can contain errors, invented citations, unsupported conclusions, or text similar to existing material. Verify claims, references, calculations, originality, and formatting before relying on or submitting results. scime does not guarantee research validity, publication, acceptance, or any review outcome.
Follow institutional and venue rules on AI, confidentiality, peer review, authorship, and disclosure. A reviewer assignment does not itself authorize sharing a confidential manuscript with an AI provider. Review and rebuttal tools prepare private drafts; you remain responsible for checking and publishing them through the official venue workflow.
4. Connected services
Google, OpenReview, AI providers, publishers, and other connected services operate independently. Their terms, permissions, limits, and costs also apply. scime is not an official service of Google, OpenReview, or a listed conference.
Imports can be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable because of rate limits or access changes. A sync time does not guarantee that every source record is present or current. External changes may require features to be revised or suspended.
5. Community score statistics
Score contribution is optional and requires separate consent. Only author submissions are eligible. Users must contribute current eligible scores to view community histograms; agreeing without providing scores does not unlock access.
Each paper contributes its average accessible review score. Coauthor records are deduplicated, and conference, year, track, rating field, and scale are separated. Groups can contain one paper, making an individual average visible. Do not use statistics to identify anonymous reviewers or participants, or to harass anyone.
This is a voluntary, incomplete sample, not official conference statistics or an acceptance predictor. More contributions increase coverage without eliminating selection bias. Scores may change during rebuttal. Withdrawal removes your contribution, while another coauthor's independent contribution may remain. Privacy & cookies explains data handling and expiry.
6. Payments
If a paid feature is offered, its price, billing period, and conditions should be shown before purchase. Charges from AI providers or other services connected with your own account are separate from scime charges. Contact us about billing questions. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
7. Deletion and service changes
You can stop using scime, disconnect integrations, delete eligible projects, or delete your account through available controls. Keep exports before deleting important material. Local deletion does not delete source records on external services or copies already downloaded by collaborators.
Access may be restricted to address misuse, security issues, or legal obligations. Features and availability may change. Keep independent copies of important research materials.
8. Limitations and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, scime is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a particular research purpose. These terms do not exclude rights, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Raise questions or disputes with Latentic Labs using the contact below. This page does not impose a particular court, arbitration process, or governing jurisdiction.
9. Changes to these terms
The date above identifies this version. Review updated terms when the service changes. Posting these terms does not enroll you in optional data sharing; OpenReview statistics require their own consent action.
